A unit was sold and the former owner still owes money. |

We have a function to do it automatically.
| • | Use Info >Unit Sale |
| • | Select the date at which the sale occurs |
| • | Choose the owner selling his unit |
| o | Type name of the new owner |
| o | The account number for the new owner will be generated |
| ▪ | You could change it but we recommend you let the system do the job for you |
| • | If there is a balance, Condo Manager will create a new receivable account for the Ex-owner |
| o | Within the series for receivables other than owners |
| • | It will transfer the amount due there |
| • | It will keep the appropriate information (presuming the new owner will be the occupant, otherwise your could change the address later on) |
| • | All accounting transactions will be done and all information for the receivables (new owner and ex-owner receivable accounts). |
| • | The only thing you will have to do after is to return into the new owner's profile and complete the information, like phone numbers, email addresses, etc. |
