Bank Account - I have created 2 bank accounts and only one can be designated as a "bank account". |
|
| • | When you have created this bank account, you have not selected the option 'Bank Account' in Info>Assets |
| • | After, this account was selected as a default account for an automatic function. After this action, the account cannot be changed anymore unless it is not designated anymore as a default account for any automatic function |
| • | Any account having been chosen as a default account for an automatic function can't be modified afterward unless it is removed from the default accounts first (you may choose it again after as a default account if needed) |
To correct the situation (example based on a bank account designated as the default account for Direct Payments) :
| • | You must unselect this account as a default account using the menu Info>Association, tab ''Direct Payments'' |
| • | After, use the menu Info>Assets and click on the option "Bank Account" and key all required information in |
| • | Then, return to the menu Info>Association, tab ''Direct Payments'' and select that account as the default account again |
