How can I key a negative amount?

If your balance on your bank statement shows a negative amount:

 

•type a " - " (minus) when typing the amount.
•or click on the small black arrow to display the calculator, type the amount and click on "+/-" to switch from positive to negative.

 

There are only two places It is the only place in all the software where you can enter a negative amount.
