Exporting Data - Can I export data to another program?

Yes, you can export all databases from Condo Manager into Excel spreadsheets and reports in PDF format.   Nevertheless, it is not used very often since so many kinds of reports can be produced that you don't need Excel or Word to have the information the way you want it.

You also have a built-in report builder using the menu Print/View>Report Builder Wizard where you can build your own reports and use filters to reduce their size, move easily the columns from one place to another, overwrite the headings and choose the format (Portrait or Landscape) to print them.
