Owners - Can Condo Manager manage more than one owner per unit?

Yes, in the Pro and the Executive version, you can have up to 90 owners for the same unit with an individual account for each of them.

Each account can have its own characteristics and parameters, like address, phone numbers, E-mail address, (language code for Canada only), method for sending the correspondence, etc.

Each owner is independent from other owners for the same unit.  They are linked to the same unit and share the fraction based on their percentage they own respectively in the unit (undivided rate).
