Unlock code - I have paid the software but I have not received my unlock code. Why ? |

It is because we did not receive your serial number.
Use the menu Help>About Condo Manager and click the blue link "Get your unlock code" appearing to the right of the serial number displayed in this small window.
Without this serial number, we can't generate the unlock code and only the computer on which is installed Condo Manager can produce this serial number.
So, send us this number and you will receive your unlock code by E-mail within 24 hours and most of time more rapidly.
It could be sent also via a letter or an ordinary E-mail if you prefer.
