How to make a financial statement arrangement available to other associations |

Question : I have built a template format for the Financial Statements and I would like to use it in other associations.
Is it possible ?
Yes, it can be done within the ''Arrangement'' window :
| • | Open the Association containing the format you want to transfer to other Associations |
| • | Use the menu Financial Statements > Balance Sheet , (or ''Revenue & Expense Statement") |
| • | Click on the button “Create or Modify Arrangement” |
| o | All arrangement formats already created in this association will be available |
| o | Select the one you want |
| • | When in the arrangement, click on the button "Export this arrangement to other |
| o | The other associations you are going to select must have the same account number series of course |
| • | On the left side of the new window that will appear, all your Associations will be listed |
| o | Tranfer to the right part of the screen, one or several Associations where you want your arrangement to be available |
| • | Click on ‘’Confirm’’ to confirm your choices |
| o | If some accounts don’t exist in the Associations you have selected, you will have a warning requesting the authorization to create it or not |
| • | The transfer being completed, all the Associations you had selected will now have this new arrangement |
