I would like to record the annual budgets for all my accounts. |

Use the menu
| • | Financial Statements > Budgets |
| • | There are several reports available. The one that is automatically displayed is the one where you could record all your budgets. Not only the annual ones but their distribution among months as well |
| • | Type the ANNUAL amounts for all lines (all revenue & expense accounts in fact). |
| • | Click on the button “Monthly Repartition for All Lines’’ (They will be distributed equally among months). |
| • | If you want to record also a forecast of the next year budget, you can record them in the right column named ‘Next Year’. |
| • | Click on “Save” |
| • | You have pie chart graphics for revenues and expenses (just by clilcking on the appropriate buttons at the top). |
| • | After budgets have been recorded and saved, you can require different reports (listed on the left part of the screen) |
