Units - I copied my fractions from to ownership act and the total of all fractions gives 1.00% instead of 100.00%.

It is because in the ownership act, fractions are formatted as decimals instead of percentages.

 

In such a case, key the fractions multiplied by 100 in Condo Manager (move the dot to the right twice).

Vote Value (Info>Owner, tab "Unit")

Sometimes, the number of votes does not correspond to the fraction number (this is the reason why this field is modifiable).  In such a case, key in the number of votes as it appears in the ownership act.  After having been modified, it will not be linked anymore with the fractions, because we don't want to change something you have already changed yourself.

So, if fractions are changed in the menu "Info>Units", you must change also the vote value in Info>Owners, tab ''Units''.  You will have a message.
