Know
how much time you spend doing Accounting
- Time
spent is automatically recorded by Condo Manager
- Pint
reports with a summary of the time spent for each kind
of transactions
- Print
Pie Chart showing where you spend most of your time
- Export
those results to Excel for further analysis (if needed)
Know how much time you spend in Communication
- Time
spent is automatically recorded by Condo Manager when
sending emails and letters
- Time
spent for phone calls is recorded if you use the "Add
Communications" feature of Condo Manager when receiving
or making phone calls.
- Print
report with a summary of time spent for each kind of communications
(letters, emails and phone calls)
- Print
Pie Chart showing where you spend most of your time

those results to Excel for further analysis (if needed)
Know
how much time you spend in other management tasks
- You
can record into Condo Manager the time spent on other
management tasks (meetings, inspections, emergency calls...)

as many management task categories as you want

It
calculates the total time spent for an association and gives
you the effective hourly rate you had.
