Condo Manager is sold via our Web site only (It is not available
in stores). Just Contact Us.
What are the main differences
between the Executive and PRO version?
The Executive version
is intended to be used by single associations managed on
site. It allows to manage only one association (However,
if you buy an Executive Version and upgrade later to the
PRO, we credit the amount paid for the Executive, what does
not include the training and support contract of course).
The Pro Version allows
to manage an unlimited number of associations and an unlimited
number of units. It has been designed for professional managers.
Do I need a specific kind of
computers and Windows version to run Condo Manager?

Is it possible to use Condo Manager with a Network?
Yes,
you can use Condo Manager on a Microsoft Network (Windows
Server NT, 2000 or 2003).
I already have all my owners’
information available in a file. Is it possible to import
this information into Condo Manager avoiding to type them
manually?
Yes, we offer this kind of service at a fair price.
Is it possible to export my
data to another program?
Yes, you can export all data and even reports and all financial
statements from Condo Manager as an Excel file. Everything
that can be displayed on screen can be exported also as
an Excel file, RTF or DOC Word file or PDF format file (Acrobat
Reader).
How long does it take to get
the program?
Condo Manager can be downloaded directly from our Web site.
When bought and payment and serial number have been received,
we send you an unlock code by email that will make the software
permanent with all features and modules you have bought.
Is it possible to get training
sessions on Condo Manager?
Yes. We offer different kinds of trainings. Click

What is the price of Condo
Manager?
Executive version : the price varies depending on the size
of the association – number of units.
PRO version : the price is based on the number of associations
managed.

Is
it possible to print checks on plain check paper (same paper
for all bank accounts no matter the associations)?
Yes. Condo Manager can print all needed information on the
checks, including the MICR magnetic codes.
Is it possible to use Condo
Manager from different places simultaneously?
Yes, the ‘Web Base’ version hosted on our servers
is accessible from any computer connected to Internet (after
identification, naturally). So, several users can work at
the same time, at any time, anywhere around the world. Click

For how many years does the
program exist?
Our company, Consultants Ingenium inc. Editor
of Condo Manager ™ was founded in 1990 by condominium
managers and experienced programmers. However, we were already
managing condominium associations before. Indeed, the program
was built first for our own usage. It is only after having
given it to friends and some other condominium managers
that we saw it was a real need on the market. Then, we decided
to create the company.

Is
my data secure on Condo Manager On-Line version?
Condo
Manager On-Line servers are hosted in certified data center
with redundant UPS and diesel generators, 3 Internet backbone
routes within a bunker-like, biometrically-secured facility.
The
Condo Manager servers themselves have RAID hard disks and
are backuped daily.
