Rental Module

This module allows to:

To record into Condo Manager all details for all units available for renting:

  • The renting price (per day, week and month) for the different seasons (low, high...).
  • A brief description of the unit .
  • How many bedrooms and washrooms
  • The maximum number of occupants
  • Square footage
  • Smoking or not
  • Restricted non-renting periods (reserved for the owner, repairs or any other reason).
    Check-in and check-out hours.

To print specialized reports on Rental data

To automatically process renting income and/or renting fees/commissions

  • For every reservation registered, Condo Manager:
    • Give the renting revenue to the owner of the unit
    • Charge the renting fees and/or renting commission to the owner
    • Credit the renting income in the appropriate accounts in your bookkeeping.
