How to Install Condo Manager Live

Step 1 - Update your Windows Version

• Install Net Framework 3.5 on your computer if you have not already done so.
  • Click here to consult Microsoft web site about installing .Net Framework 3.5 on your computer,
• If your computer runs Windows XP:
  • If you have not already intalled XP, install Windows XP Service Pack 3 on your computer.
  • Click here to start Windows Update and install Service Pack 3 on your computer.
  • Note: If you are running an HP computer with an AMD processor, please call a qualify technician to upgrade to Service Pack 3 because they are known issues that may cause your computer not to reboot.
• If your computer runs Windows Vista:
  • If you have not already intalled Vista, install Windows Vista Service Pack 1 on your computer.
  • Click here to start Windows Update and install Service Pack 1 of Vista.
• If your computer runs Windows 7, you don't have to install anything.

Step 2 - Download and run the main setup

1. Click on "Download the Condo Manager Live Setup Now" link
2. The File Download window will pop up. Click on Save to continue
3. The Save As window prompts you to save the downloaded file somewhere on your computer
4. When the download process is complete, click the Run button to start the installation program.

Step 3 - Connect to Condo Manager Live

1. Find the Condo Manager Live icon on your desktop and double-click it.
2. A "RemoteApp" window will pop up and ask for your user name and password.
   • Your user name and password have been given to you by a Condo Manager representative, but if you didn't receive them, please contact the support team.
   • Type in your User Name like this: CMONLINE\MyUserName (where MyUserName is the user name that has been given to you)
   • Type in your password
   • Click the Ok button
   • A security warning will pop-up. Please click Ok
   • You should then be connected to Condo Manager Live.
