System Requirement for Condo Manager Pro and Pro+

Condo Manager runs on Windows and is easy to install. It can be run on a single computer or by several users on a network.

Requirements for Workstations:

• Windows XP Pro, Windows Vista Business, Windows 7 Pro (with .Net framework installed);
• 10 Gg of Hard Disk;
• 1 Gb of memory;
• 100 Mb Ethernet card;
• Pentium 4 or better processor;
• Printers: Works with any printer supported by Windows XP/Vista/7/Server 2003 or 2008;
• Internet: All online services/features require Internet access with at least a 56 Kbps modem (DSL or cable recommended)

Note: For Condo Manager On Line the operating system must be Windows XP with Service Pack 3 installed or Windows Vista with Service Pack 1 installed or Windows 7.

Requirements for Server:

If you are planning to use Condo Manager in a multi-users environment, you will need to install the Condo Manager databases on a file server.

• Windows Server 2008 (with .Net framework installed) (64 bits recommended);
• 80 Gb hard disk (redundant configuration recommended);
• 2 Gb of memory;
• 100 Mb Ethernet card;
• Dual-Core or Quad Core processor.

Depending on the number and the size of the corporations you manage and the number of users you need, a less powerful file server can be used. Please call and we will help you determine if your current equipments will be ok.
