It is our collective responsibility to contain the spread of the virus and help those who are the most vulnerable.

We're here for your condo management needs

We serve more than 1.5 million homes and their families from coast to coast. Regardless of which need we help you fulfill or how you do business with us, whether through software or as advisors in management of condos, we will be here. Please note that the services provided to our customers will NOT be affected by the circumstances around the Coronavirus. We will be working hard to answer your questions and process your support inquiries as soon as possible.

We're here to keep you informed of COVID-19 from a condo viewpoint

As social distancing becomes the norm, this poses a unique challenge in condos. By definition, life in condos is life in communities where exposure to others and groups is a part of daily life. We hope to address best practices on how to best navigate the pandemic moving forward in a bi-weekly newsletter.

What we are doing at Condo Manager

Below are some of the specific protocols we have implemented and we advise all our customers and staff to adhere to them in order to reduce risk to everyone:

  • Be diligent with hygiene practices: wash hands thoroughly and frequently, cough or sneeze into sleeves (elbow not hands), frequently clean and disinfect shared and frequently touched objects and surfaces, avoid contact with people who appear or have declared ill.
  • For everyone's comfort, we are requiring that our employees practice Social Distancing and have implemented "handshake-free" zones at all meetings and gatherings. Please expect alternate forms of greetings from our staff.
  • Our offices are being regularly cleaned and disinfected as per Health Canada guidelines. Our employees are also set up for working from home.
  • Our employees have been given instructions if they have recently returned from travel abroad to any destination, they are required to self-isolate in accordance with the Public Health Agency of Canada guidelines.
