Consid\u00e9rez-le comme une photo prise des finances du syndicat. Le bilan r\u00e9v\u00e8le le montant d&rsquo;argent dans les comptes bancaires ainsi que les actifs et les passifs. Journal g\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/h4>\n<p>Le journal g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est essentiellement une liste de toutes les transactions financi\u00e8res du syndicat. Les transactions sont class\u00e9es num\u00e9riquement et par date. Registre des ch\u00e8ques<\/h4>\n<p>Ce document conserve la trace de tous les ch\u00e8ques r\u00e9dig\u00e9s par le syndicat. Il indique en d\u00e9tail \u00e0 qui le ch\u00e8que a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mis, la date, les factures qu&rsquo;il paye, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<h4>5. Liste des comptes \u00e0 payer<\/h4>\n<p>Il va de soi que la liste des comptes \u00e0 payer comprend toutes les d\u00e9penses non-pay\u00e9es par le syndicat. Les items sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement li\u00e9s \u00e0 une facture qui n&rsquo;est pas encore due ou pour des travaux qui ne sont pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par un fournisseur. La liste des comptes payables permet au syndicat d&rsquo;anticiper correctement ses flux de tr\u00e9sorerie futurs.<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<h4>6. V\u00e9rification financi\u00e8re annuelle<\/h4>\n<p>De nombreux syndicats exigent une v\u00e9rification financi\u00e8re annuelle afin de s&rsquo;assurer que la comptabilit\u00e9 du syndicat est en bonne \u00e9tat. Ceci est fait par un cabinet d&rsquo;expertise comptable avec l&rsquo;aide des \u00e9tats financiers produits par la compagnie de gestion ou le conseil d&rsquo;administration avec leur logiciel de comptabilit\u00e9.
