Les gymnases ont \u00e9galement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s&rsquo;ouvrir malgr\u00e9 de nombreuses questions entourant son statut. De plus en plus de condos ont \u00e9galement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre des mesures pour rouvrir leurs gymnases. Mais comment les gymnases dans les condos prennent-ils les pr\u00e9cautions n\u00e9cessaires pour s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un environnement s\u00e9curitaire pour leurs r\u00e9sidents? Nous explorons plusieurs fa\u00e7ons pour les gestionnaires et les syndicats de le faire.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"w-richtext-align-center w-richtext-figure-type-image\">\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.condomanager.com\/images\/condo%20gym.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<h5>Conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales d&rsquo;utilisation<\/h5>\n<p>La partie d\u00e9licate de la r\u00e9ouverture des salles d&rsquo;exercice est qu&rsquo;elles comportent de nombreuses surfaces de contacts fr\u00e9quents. \u00c0 ce titre, des mesures strictes de distanciation sociale et de nettoyage doivent \u00eatre mises en place avant leur ouverture.<\/p>\n<p>En Ontario, dans le cadre de la phase trois des r\u00e8gles de r\u00e9ouverture, ils ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que \u00able nombre total de membres du public autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 se trouver \u00e0 l&rsquo;installation dans des zones contenant des poids ou des appareils d&rsquo;exercice \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 doit \u00eatre limit\u00e9 au nombre de personnes que peut maintenir la salle en respectant la r\u00e8gle de distanciation de 2 m\u00e8tres et que le nombre total de peut d\u00e9passer 50 personnes.\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Au Qu\u00e9bec, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant, les Syndicats ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des lieux publics.\u00a0 N\u00e9anmoins, le maximum de personnes dans une r\u00e9sidence priv\u00e9e est toujours limit\u00e9 \u00e0 10 personnes et la distanciation sociale doit \u00eatre respect\u00e9e.\u00a0 Il est \u00e9vident que ce nombre doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duit en proportion de la taille de la salle afin de respecter la distanciation de 2 m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de fournit une directive g\u00e9n\u00e9rale sur la mani\u00e8re d&rsquo;assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<h5>D\u00e9sinfection des gymnases<\/h5>\n<p>Le grand public est d\u00e9sormais sensibilis\u00e9 \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 sur le fait que la d\u00e9sinfection des surfaces est une mesure n\u00e9cessaire pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans tous les environnements. Les voici:<\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9-nettoyage: celui-ci est souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9, mais avant d&rsquo;appliquer un d\u00e9sinfectant, les surfaces doivent \u00eatre nettoy\u00e9es au pr\u00e9alable. Cela \u00e9limine les salet\u00e9s qui peuvent r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du d\u00e9sinfectant.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9sinfectant enregistr\u00e9: Il existe de nombreux produits qui n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9s par les autorit\u00e9s. Il est fortement recommand\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser ceux qui sont enregistr\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;EPA (\u00c9tats-Unis) ou du DIN (Canada). Ce sont des produits qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9s et qui ont fait leurs preuves pour r\u00e9duire les virus.<\/li>\n<li>Instructions sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquette: Il est imp\u00e9ratif que les instructions soient suivies avec pr\u00e9cision en termes de dilution afin d&rsquo;assurer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du d\u00e9sinfectant. (Au Qu\u00e9bec, ces instructions doivent \u00eatre en Fran\u00e7ais et en Anglais).<\/li>\n<li>Temps de s\u00e9jour: la dur\u00e9e pendant laquelle le d\u00e9sinfectant reste mouill\u00e9 sur une surface est un facteur important de son efficacit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les instructions sur les \u00e9tiquettes, la plupart des \u00e9tablissements ne suivent pas les directives ci-dessus. Une salle d&rsquo;exercice qui ne respecterait pas ces directives n\u2019assurerait pas la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 optimale de ses r\u00e9sidents.<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<h5>Surfaces \u00e0 d\u00e9sinfecter<\/h5>\n<p>Dans le cas des gymnases, les surfaces \u00e0 d\u00e9sinfecter sont assez simples: presque tout!\u00a0 De par sa nature m\u00eame, une salle d&rsquo;exercice est un lieu o\u00f9 la plupart des surfaces sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9es. Cela signifie que le personnel d&rsquo;entretien devra faire un travail tr\u00e8s approfondi pour s&rsquo;assurer que toutes les surfaces sont d\u00e9sinfect\u00e9es r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, les \u00e9quipements d&rsquo;exercice, les poign\u00e9es, les boutons de porte, les fontaines \u00e0 eau et autres font partie de la liste des cibles pour les virus. De plus, informer les r\u00e9sidents via des panneaux ou affiches rappelant les mesures prises et celles que les usagers doivent aussi respecter est fortement conseill\u00e9 pour un meilleur respect des consignes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<h5>Demander de l&rsquo;aide aux r\u00e9sidents<\/h5>\n<p>La quantit\u00e9 de nettoyage peut \u00eatre tout simplement trop lourde pour le personnel de maintenance \u00e0 g\u00e9rer seul. Il est fortement recommand\u00e9 que chaque syndicat cr\u00e9e un environnement o\u00f9 les r\u00e9sidents sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre proactifs et \u00e0 assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
