Mais comment peut-on prendre les pr\u00e9cautions n\u00e9cessaires pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 lorsqu&rsquo;on vit dans une communaut\u00e9 avec un grand nombre de personnes, comme dans un condo?<\/p>\n<p>La question la plus courante dans les copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s est quels devoirs et obligations les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, les membres du conseil d&rsquo;administration, les gestionnaires et les r\u00e9sidents ont-ils en ce qui concerne la pr\u00e9vention de la propagation du virus? Afin de s&rsquo;acquitter convenablement de ces fonctions, le gestionnaire et le syndicat devra a) communiquer; et 2) prendre les pr\u00e9cautions n\u00e9cessaires dans les copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s face au coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<h4>La communication<\/h4>\n<p>Tout comme avec les devoirs et obligations d&rsquo;un gestionnaire dans des circonstances \u00abnormales\u00bb, le gestionnaire doit assurer une communication rapide et claire avec tous ses r\u00e9sidents et son personnel. Ce devoir devient encore plus n\u00e9cessaire lorsqu&rsquo;il existe un cas connu d&rsquo;infection de coronavirus. Les r\u00e9sidents ont le droit de savoir et cela permettra \u00e0 chacun de prendre ses pr\u00e9cautions.<\/p>\n<p>Une chose \u00e0 noter est que lors de la communication, la vie priv\u00e9e des personnes infect\u00e9es doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<h4>Pr\u00e9cautions<\/h4>\n<p>S&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est peut-\u00eatre pas possible de rester \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cart des menaces de propagation du virus, il existe de nombreuses fa\u00e7ons pour une communaut\u00e9 de minimiser les risques. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un effort collectif qui doit \u00eatre men\u00e9 avec le plus grand soin. Voici une liste non exhaustive des pr\u00e9cautions \u00e0 prendre pour \u00e9viter la propagation et assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de votre communaut\u00e9:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li>Assurez-vous que les r\u00e9sidents signalent au gestionnaire s&rsquo;ils pr\u00e9sentent des sympt\u00f4mes ou s&rsquo;ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9s de l&rsquo;infection par le virus.<\/li>\n<li>Assurez-vous que des d\u00e9sinfectants pour les mains sont install\u00e9s et accessibles dans les espaces communes;<\/li>\n<li>Communication via des moyens \u00e9lectroniques et \u00e9galement avec des avis dans le condo conseillant aux r\u00e9sidents de ne pas utiliser les installations s&rsquo;ils se sentent malades ou s&rsquo;ils ont r\u00e9cemment voyag\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>Nettoyage et d\u00e9sinfection continus des espaces communs; et<\/li>\n<li>Envisagez de suspendre ou d&rsquo;annuler tous les \u00e9v\u00e9nements ou r\u00e9unions dans les condos jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la situation s&rsquo;am\u00e9liore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un autre aspect important est que le gestionnaire et le conseil d&rsquo;administration essaient de minimiser le niveau de peur et de panique.
